Therapeutically Applied Role Playing Games
A form of recreation therapy that uses role playing games (i.e., Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, Fate, etc.) to develop insight, creative problem solving, and social skills

​Jayde is a Therapeutic Game Master certified in the Game to Grow Method. She has run weekly Therapeutically Applied Role-Playing games (TA-RPG) for three years working with adults with substance use issues, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

With decades of research behind them, TA-RPGs have been shown to improve functioning in a wide variety of people, including military veterans, individuals with neurodiversities (i.e. Autism spectrum, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity disorder, etc.), individuals who have been incarcerated, and those struggling with addiction. It has been found effective for ages 2-99.

Next group starts Saturday April 5, 9 AM - 11 AM.

Teens (13-18) social skills group
$50 per session or $450 paid in advance.

Adults (18+) Mental health/processing group
$65 per session or $600 paid in advance.
​
Specialized groups such as First Responders Only and
Therapist/Helping professionals only group are run on demand,
please contact Jayde for more information.

No experience needed - no supplies required
Groups are covered by some insurances.
